I wasn’t always doing this work.
In a past life, I was a microbiologist—calculated, driven, logical.
Until life cracked me open in the most profound way.
My daughter was diagnosed with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy.
And suddenly, I was navigating complex medical systems, caregiving full-time,
and raising three incredible children with unique needs.
I held everything together—until I couldn’t.
I poured from an empty cup for over a decade…
and forgot what it felt like to be me.
I wasn’t just tired.
I was gone.
I stopped accepting survival as the standard.
I stopped waiting for permission to choose myself.
And in that moment—everything changed.
I began studying Human Design, Gene Keys, nervous system awareness, and radical self-honesty.
Not as another path to “success”…
But as a return to wholeness.
Now I help women who are holding it all together
quietly unravel what no longer serves—and rise into who they’ve always been.
